Access to Klearance may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees shown on our website or agreed in writing. Unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy, all fees are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload to the Service. By using Klearance, you grant us the right to process, store, and use this data as needed to operate and improve the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

We may suspend or terminate your access to Klearance at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. When your access is terminated, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
We may, but are not required to, keep backups of your data after termination, in line with our internal policies and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States.
